Cosmopolitan

1 lime wedge
50ml/2fl oz citrus vodka
25ml/1fl oz orange liqueur
25ml/1fl oz cranberry juice
dash lime cordial


Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.
Strain the drink into a cocktail glass. Using a lit match or a cigarette lighter, carefully hold the flame against the orange peel and squeeze gently to release the oils. Garnish the drink with a flamed orange zest.
